PAYMENT


Choose your payment option with Dankort / VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, American Express, Forbrugsforeningen, Viabill or PayPal. Once you purchase, we charge the amount to your account and ship shortly after purchase*.

Shop safely with our approved payment server that encrypts all card-details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and ensures no one else can read your information. All our prices include VAT. 



*This does not include purchases prior to October 2019. First shipment is start November 2019.


DELIVERY

Place your order before noon (12:00) and we ship the very same day*. We deliver JABIIs on all weekdays.
Choose between 4 shipping options:
• Delivery at an Access Point

• Express Saver (Guaranteed delivery the following day)

• Express (Delivery the following day before noon)

• UPS Standard (Delivery after 3-5 working days)

CLAIMS & WARRANTY

Is your JABII defect?

We grant you a 2-year warranty with each JABII purchase, according to the legislation in force at any time, on all products. This includes manufacturing defects and similar damages.

The warranty gives you item repairing, product exchange, money back-solutions or a refusal of the price, depending on the specific situation. It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not happened as a result of improper usage of the product or other damaging behaviour.

You must advertise within ‘reasonable time’ after you discover a defect in your JABII. If you advertise within 2 months after the defect is discovered, your complaint will always be timely. Complaints must be made using this form.

CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL

Did you have a change of mind?


When you shop at JABII, you have 14 days to cancel your buy. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase, using our cancellation form. To refuse receiving the item without giving us clear notice is not sufficient.

Return the order to us no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice. We will send you a UPS return label for shipping. As soon as we have received your parcel and inspected the goods, you will get your money back - with a small deduction of the return shipping costs.

Following product types are excluded from the right of withdrawal:  
Delivery of goods manufactured to your own specifications or goods given a distinct personal touch.  


RETURNS

Faulty goods, defects or just a regular return? 
Return your JABII purchase by filling out our standard cancellation form and send it to sales@jabii.com, no later than 14 days after you received the goods. When you ship your package, remember to include the original receipt inside the box.  

When returning a defective product within the 2-year warranty period, you need to fill out our complaint form for warranty issues and include into the box upon shipping. If your item is found faulty or defective, we will either exchange and forward a new product, repair, give you a price refusal or simply pay your money back, depending on your checked preferences.

We do not receive goods sent without delivery or delivery by COD.



 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Any claim for damages against JABII Group cannot exceed the invoice amount for the sold item. We are not liable for operating loss, loss of profit or other indirect losses in adherence to the agreement, including indirect losses arising as a result of delays or defects in the goods sold.


PRODUCT LIABILITY

JABII Group is only responsible for any personal- and property damage to the extent that it can be documented that the damages in question are caused by JABII Group by gross negligence. We can as such not be held liable for consequential damages, including operating losses and other indirect losses that can be attributed to any product liability.

Our total liability for personal and property damage is limited to DKK 10.000.000. If JABII Group is liable for any product liability towards third parties, the customer is obliged to indemnify JABII Group to the extent that the requirement may exceed the above-mentioned limits.
